Shipping and Returns
Standard Shipping
Generally, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after full payment has been received. Private Couriers are our main form of shipping, we may use Australia Post in some cases. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days. If you have any further questions once we have provided you with the tracking details, please contact the respective shipping company. Product Returns
On the rare occasion that a product shipped to you is faulty, we will replace it for you. Please notify us immediately via email or through the 'Contact Us' section of our website. Photo evidence and a description of the damaged goods should be included in your correspondence. In the event that we are unable to replace or exchange the damaged product, we will provide you with a full refund - this will include shipping fees.
If you require a general exchange of products, we are happy to process this for you. Exchanges must be made within 14 days and items must be returned in an unused and unopened condition. Refunds are not permitted unless the items are faulty or damaged. Any reimbursements do not include shipping fees, these costs are your responsibility.
Cancellations
If a product has been listed with incorrect information such as price, description or any other particular oversight, Essential Supplements reserves the right to cancel the order. If you have already paid we will issue a refund, given the circumstances.
