Shen is one of the major Treasures of Daoism, & translated as our Spirit or higher consciousness. Shen herbs have been used for millennia to calm the mind & nourish the Heart so we may develop our own wisdom, joy & highest virtues; often alongside meditation & spiritual practices.
The Shen herbs have many wonderful effects on our immunity, nervous system and endocrine system, however traditionally they were those that would directly support bringing forth a loving nature, compassion, forgiveness, generosity and acceptance as naturally expressed aspects of our being. The SHEN blend may be used in combination with a deep meditative practice, as well as psychological development modalities to support this extremely deep work.

•SERVING SUGGESTION•
Start with ¼ - ½ tsp daily.
Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea.
Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.
